The SkyWheel represents a circle. A circle has a full round measure of 360 degrees. There are 41 glass enclosed gondolas present in the SkyWheel. What we will do there is divide the number degree measure of the circle by the number of gondolas present in the SkyWheel. Hence, we have

(360)/(41)=8.7804878^(\circ)

Since the problem stated that we must reduce the answer to the nearest hundredth degree, the final answer for this problem would be 8.78°.

The measure of each central angle between gondola cars would be 8.78°.
