no because it would have to be a consecutive pattern of 1's and 3's. example would be 0.111333111333 or 0.1331331331331331. SInce it is random, it is not a repeating decimal. Hope I helped!

No, a Repeating Decimal could be .777 ... Or it could also be something Like .657657657
The decimal you presented is not a form of a repeating decimal.
