The function:

y=\sqrt[\placeholder{⬚}]{12x+3}

The domain of this function always is going to be for the values when:

\begin{gathered} 12x+3>=0 \\ Solving\text{ for x} \\ 12x\ge-3 \\ x\operatorname{\ge}-(3)/(12) \end{gathered}

So, the domain is for all values of x equal or greater than -3/12

Domain= R>=-3/12
