it'd be b because if you divide 8/18 by 2 then you get 4/9 then if you square root both of them then you get 2/3

8/18 = 4/9 ( divide both numerator and denominator by 2 )
√4 = 2 and √9 = 3

\sqrt{ (8)/(18) } = \sqrt{ (4)/(9) } = (2)/(3)
Answer: B ) 2/3
