There is no perfect food that can eliminate your risk of cancer. Here are a few that will lower your risk:
•being VEGAN!
- dairy and meat have been found to increase your risk of cancer
-especially red meat! It is very bad for you and also heightens your risk for heart disease!
•eat lots of fruit and vegetables
-especially leafy greens
-superfoods such as Acai, goji berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds all contain very beneficial antioxidants and nutrients
-eating at least 10g of fiber can lower your risk of colon cancer by 10%
- avoid a western diet of fatty fast food!
-exercise daily for at least 30 mins
-drink so much water!!
Be healthy, and so if you get cancer, it's merely hereditary, and you did all you could to prevent it.
