Area = 1/2(base x height)
1/2(10(x + 4)) <= 56
5(x + 4) <= 56
x + 4 <= 11.2
x <= 11.2 - 4
x <= 7.2
Therefore, possible integer values of x are {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7}
