Then, According to the given figure , we have


(2x+8)^(\circ)+(3x-14)^(\circ)+(3x-14)^(\circ)=180^(\circ)\\\\\Rightarrow\ 2x+8+3x-14+3x-14=180\\\\\Rightarrow\ 8x-20=180\\\\\Rightarrow\ 8x=180+20\\\\\Rightarrow\ 8x=200\\\\\Rightarrow\ x=(200)/(8)\\\\\Rightarrow\ x==25

Hence, the value of x is 25.0.
