Gary had 30 tickets. He spent 8 tickets on cotton candy and each arcade game costs 3 tickets. What is the greatest number of arcade games gary can play?

7 games

Explanation:

30-8=22 (eight tickets on cotton candy)

22 divided by 3 (each game) = 7

Gary can play 7 games with one ticket left over.
