A period, exclamation mark, and a question mark. It also has to have over 5 words in order to be considered a full sentence. Also (depending on the type of text the speech choice is based on, like a character in a book speaking) one thing a complete sentence includes is emotion. This conveys a reader into better understanding just what is going on or better explains just what is being told.

Hope this helps.

Answer:

Every complete sentence (or independent clause) must also include a verb. The verb describes what action the subject of the sentence performs. This action can also be a state of being.
