oops, sorry, on my paper i had 2x/7+9/7= y, but i forgot to write everything over the 7

2x - 7y= 9
-2x -2x Subtract both sides with 2x
----------------
7y= -2x+9 Rewrite everything
-- ------
7 7 Divide everything with 7.
y= -2/7x+9/7 Simplify.
