circle since diameter
area=pir^2
d/2=r
15/2=7.5=r
area=pi7.5^2
area=pi56.25
1/4 of that
56.25pi times 1/4=14.0625pi
answer is 14.0625pi in^2 or aprox 44.1786375 in^2
