V=a+w
The T will be gone because you have to divide it with (v-w).
ex:
TV-TW/T=a
V-W=a
+W +W

answer is V=a+w

(V - W)T = a Use the Distributive Property
VT - WT = a Add WT to both sides
VT = a + WT Divide both sides by T
V =
(a + WT)/(T) Cancel out the
(T)/(T)
V =
(a)/(T) + W
