4 hrs : 23 minutes : 15 seconds
1 minute = 60 seconds...so 23 minutes = 23 * 60 = 1380 seconds
60 minutes = 1 hr....so 4 hrs = 60 * 4 = 240 minutes * 60 = 14400 seconds
so we have 15 + 1380 + 14400 = 15795 seconds

I believe that there would be 15,795 seconds in that. 4 hours is equal to 240 minutes. 240 +23= 263...263* 60+15 is equal t0 15,795.
