ANSWER: 4:15 hrs (255 minutes)
Step-by-step explanation
2315 (11:15pm) is 45 minutes away from midnight.
Midnight is then 3 and a half hours (210 minutes) from midnight.

Total of that is 255 minutes or 4:15 hrs

2315=11:15pm
0330=3am
12pm to 3pm is 3 hours
so just add 45 minutes
so the answer is 3 hours and 45 minutes
