Jake had some money for his birthday his brother gave him some more brother gave him 10 Quarters and sister gave him 200 pennies now he has $20 how much money did he have in the beginning solve this with a drawing

$15.50
10 quarters is equal to $2.50
200 pennies is equal to $2
In all his siblings gave in $4.50, therefore by subtracting $20 by $4.50 you get $15.50
And I guess you can solve this with a drawing by illustrating the quarters and pennies with the amount next to it and then write out $20 and do a minus sign with the $4.50.
