The answer is 16.

The first thing we need to so is solve the parentheses:

\begin{gathered} (15+33)/(0+3) \\ \end{gathered}

To solve the first parentheses, we can add the units first, and then the tens;

\begin{gathered} 15+33\colon\text{ } \\ 5+3=8 \\ 10+30=40 \\ 40+8=48 \end{gathered}

And 0 + 3 = 3

Now we need to divide 48 by 3. SInce 48 is bigger 30, we know that the answer is bigger than 10, because 3 * 10 = 30.

Then 48 - 30 = 18, and now we know that 3 * 6 = 18

Then the answer will be 10 + 6 = 16
