it is
let 10.18=x.......1
the 101.8=10x (multiply by 10)........2
again multiply by 100
1018.8=100x.......3
3-2
917.0=90x
917/90=x answer

x= 10.18
10x = 101.8
100x = 1018.8
100x-10x = 917
x = 917/90
