Explanation:

For the equation to have no solution, it must be that the terms in x is equal on both sides and also that the number term in both sides is unequal

If the number term is equal with the x term being same, then what we have is a set with infinite solution

So in this case, let us write the term on left fully

That would be;

3x + 3 + 9

= 3x + 12

So any term on the right should be 3x added to any other number other than + 12

So that could be;

3x + 10
