First, find the common ratio

400/500=0.8

r=0.8

f(8)=f(1)r^n-1

f(8)=500(.8)^8-1

f(8)=500(.8)^7

f(8)=104.86

Explanation:

I’m doing this to so I’m not sure but if you find the common ratio I got 4/5 you then multiply it by 320 to get f(4) then multiply 4/5 by the next number until you hit 8. Once I did that I got 104.8576.
