B is the correct answer I would show how to do it but the other person who answered this question explained it the same way I would.

Hello,

f(x)=x-2
g(x)=x²-7x-9

f(g(x))=f(x²-7x-9)=x²-7x-9-2=x²-7x-11

f(g(-1))=(-1)²-7*(-1)-11=1+7-11=-3

Answer B
