x + 2 Γ 3x^3 + 4x^2 - 5x - 2
3x^3 + 6x^2
-2x^2 - 5x - 2
-2x^2 - 4x
-x - 2
-x - 2

Therefore, solution is 3x^2 - 2x - 1
