Depends on wether you're open to making medication or not, I highly recommend that if you don't want to make taking medication a option then start running! It will boost up your serotonin levels.

- play sports
-the yoga
-In relaxation
- Meditation
- Of herbal food supplements
and if it really is not going to consult the doctor to develop a proper treatment.
