ion know if we have the same question because the graphs are different, but the choices are the same. i choose D (3x - 2y ≤ 7) and it's not right for my question. if you have the same question as me, don't pick D

Answer:

Option D

3x-2y\leq 7

Explanation:

Let

A(-3,-8),B(1,-2)

Find the slope of the line

m=(-2+8)/(1+3)

m=(3)/(2)

Find the equation of the line

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y+2=(3)/(2)(x-1)

y=(3)/(2)x-(3)/(2)-2

y=(3)/(2)x-(7)/(2)

The solution is the shaded area above the solid line

so

The inequality is equal to

y\geq (3)/(2)x-(7)/(2)

Multiply by
2 both sides

2y\geq 3x-7\\ \\-3x+2y\geq -7--------> multiply by
-1

3x-2y\leq 7
