The point of view of Romeo and Juliet is the third person. The narrator-story-teller in the play does not tell the story throughout the play, we can observe him in the beginning and then he disappears. Therefore, it is wrong that the play is told from the first-person point of view.
Imply or implication shows the relationship between statements that is true and the other one draws the meaning from that. Therefore, it is not related to reading strategy.
