Answer:

B 6,71 units

Explanation:

Use the Pythagorean Theorem:

{a}^(2) + {b}^(2) = {c}^(2) \\ \\ {6}^(2) + {3}^(2) = {c}^(2) \\ \\ 36 + 9 = 45 \\ \\ 45 = {c}^(2) \\ \\ 6.7082039325 ≈ c \\ \\ 6,71 ≈ c

* When we are talking about length, we want the NON-NEGATIVE root.

I am joyous to assist you anytime.

pythagoream therum (or however u spell it...lol)
a^2 + b^2 = c^2....a and b are ur legs and c is the hypotenuse

3^2 + 6^2 = c^2
9 + 36 = c^2
45 = c^2...take the sqrt of both sides....this eliminates the ^2
sqrt 45 = c
6.708 rounded = 6.71 = c <===
