slope = change in y/ change in x.

(3, 4) and (27, y) slope = 6

6 = (y - 4)/(27 - 3)

6 = (y - 4)/24

6*24 = y - 4

144 = y - 4

y - 4 = 144

y = 144 + 4

y = 148

option d.
