Try the law of sines

(\sin A)/(a)=(\sin B)/(b)

(\sin A)/(210)=(\sin 30\°)/(164) \\ \\ \sin A=(210\sin 30\°)/(164) \\ \\ \sin A = 0.64 \\ \\ A=\sin^(-1)0.64=39.81\°
