the answer is 18, the only way to do this is guess and check and youll find after doing so the .54 cents for the pack times 10 to get 5.4 is the first nukber that evenly divides into .3 which would give you 18 brownies he would have to sell to buy 10 packs of card

.99(15) = 1.35x 14.85 = 1.35x 14.85/1.35 = 11
I think it is 15. I am not sure about the proper way to solve this....I just know that if he sold 15 brownies, he could buy 11 packs with exactly no change left over.
