f(x)=arctan(x)-arctan(x-3)

Now, the relative extrema of a function are points on the graph of a function at which the minimum or maximum values of the function are obtained in some interval of the domain of the function

The graph of the function is shown below

From the graph above, we can see the relative extrema as (1.5, 1.966)

Hence the answer to 3 decimal places is (1.500, 1.966)
