Answer: Option A: Strong nuclear

Explanation:

The strong nuclear force acts inside the nucleus which keeps the protons (positively charged particles) and charge less neutrons bound together inside the nucleus. It is attractive in nature.

The gravitational force acts between all the bodies having mass. It is attractive in nature.

Weak nuclear force is responsible for radioactive decay. It changes nucleus of one element into another.

Electromagnetic force acts between any two charged particles. It is attractive in nature for unlike charges and repulsive for like charges.

Hence, the force responsible for attraction between charged particles is strong nuclear force. This is because, the strong nuclear force is attractive in nature always and acts between charged particles. On the other hand, electromagnetic force can be attractive or repulsive depending upon the nature of charges involved.

The known charged particles are the protons, neutrons and electrons. Protons with positive charge and electrons with negative charge. Neutrons have no charge. The best answer is A. Strong nuclear. Nuclear attraction is the force of the nucleus to attract electrons toward itself. Strong nuclear attraction is between protons and neutrons which are strongly attracted to each other in the nucleus.
