Slope-intercept form is: y = mx + b where m = slope. Another formula for slope is change in y over change in x. Using these two points,
m= (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1) =
7 - 4 / 2 - -3 =
m = 3 / 5

The slope is 3 /5.
