There is no formula for a volume of a circle. Volume of a sphere is:
V=4/3 · π · r³. In this case: r=11.0 cm = 1.1 dm
V= 4/3 · 3.14 · 1.1³ =1.33 · 3.14 · 1.331 = 5.57 dm³ ( 1 dm³ = 1 lit. )
V = 5.57 liters
