An equation that models this situation: n + n +1 = 59 ( two consecutive integers: n, n+1 and their sum is 59)
2 n+1 = 59
2 n = 58
n = 58 : 2
n = 29, n + 1 = 30
Answer:
D) n + n + 1 = 59, n = 29, n + 1 = 30
