So this is how I did it...

I did the problem on paper and got

*Add 3 to both sides of the equation. *

That is the answer

So we have:
5x - 3 (equal or more than sign) 2

Then we add the 3 to the other side:
5x (equal or more than sign) 5

Now we divide both sides by 5:
x (equal or more than sign) 1

The above in bold is the answer
