7 2/5 as an improper fraction is 37/5 and 7 3/8 as an improper fraction is 59/8. Then we convert those two improper fractions into a decimal (by 100) and get 7 2/5 = 7.4 and 7 3/8 = 7.3, 7.4 is bigger than 7.3 so the answer is...
7 2/5 > 7 3/8
