sin ⁻¹ (sin (5π/4))

π = 180°, so:

sin ⁻¹ (sin (5π/4)) = sin ⁻¹ (sin (5*180/4))

= sin ⁻¹ (sin 225°)

= sin ⁻¹ (- 0.71)

= -45° and 45 is 180/4 so - 45° is equal to -π/4
