(5,-9) and (2,-3)
y-y1=m(x-x1)
m=slope
(x1,y1) is a given points
slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(x,y)
slope=(-3-(-9))/(2-5)=6/-3=-2
y-y1=-2(x-x1)
y-(-3)=-2(x-2)
y+3=-2x+4
