The left denominator is : 5

The right denominator is : 10

You would need to follow the order of operations. It says go from left to right. Therefore, you would do 4/5 which is 0.8. Then, you multiply 0.8 and 10 in order to get 8. 8 is the answer. I typed this equation into the calculator to make sure. XD Good luck.
