You forgot your table, but I will give an example as for how to answer this question: You need to multiply the percentage of people with black hair by the percentage of people with blue eyes. best change the percentage into numbers.

An example:

people with blue eyes: 25%, which is 1/4
People with black hair: 30%, that is 3/10

so we multiply:

(1*3)/(4*10) = (3)/(40) =0.075=7.5%%
