i have no idea how how to draw on this but i can help you step by step. So basically an equation for a line is y=mx+b. So what you do to graph is you place a point on b.(whatever m is, in this case'3' you put a one on bottom making it 3/1) So you go up '3' and right '1' and place point. Now you have to connect these point you have plotted. Remember if a number is negative it either going down or left.
