remember
a/b times c/d=(ac)/(bd)

also remember add exponents with similar bases when mutiplying
x^m times x^n=x^(m+n)
(x^4)/3 times (x^2)/3=(x^4 times x^2)/(3*3)=(x^(4+2))/9=(x^6)/9

answer is (x^6)/9
