75/6=12.5
and it will rotate 33.84 times to complete 423 ft

the length of one full turn is the same as it's circumference.
circumference x turns = total length
to find the number of turns, you have to divide total length by it's circumference.
423 / (7 5/6) = 423 / (47/6)
= 54
