If you would like to solve x^2 - 12 * x = 13, you can do this using the following steps:
x^2 - 12 * x = 13
x^2 - 12 * x - 13 = 0
(x - 13) * (x + 1) = 0
1. x = 13
2. x = -1
The correct result would be b) {-1, 13}.
