Simple,

you have
( x^(10) )/( x^(4) )

This really means that you have...


(x*x*x*x*x*x*x*x*x*x)/(x*x*x*x)

just cancel out the x's that you have, it's simple...

leaving you
x^(6)

Thus, your answer.
