How do I simplify:

-4x + 4x*
______
-32x+32

* meaning squared

-x/8 you take -4x out as a factor of the numerator and 32 out as a factor of the bottom line. Then cancel the (1-x)'s and youre left with -4x/32. Then divide both top and bottom by 4 = -x/8
