it would be 7 because you underline the 9 and put an arrow to the 5 and 5 and up move up 1 4 and down stay the same so the 6 is to a 7 and the rest of the numbers are 0.

7, 5 makes the 9 go up to 10 but the 1 pushes up 6 to 7 and 0 goes after decimal making 7.0. sorry if that's confusing
