Consider, 24 + 36

⇒ 12 × 2 + 12 × 3

⇒ 12 × ( 2 + 3 )

⇒ 12 × 5

Therefore, After taking GCF out from given expression we get 12 × ( 2 + 3 ) or 12 × 5
