An 8oz cup of coffee has about 184 mg of caffeine. This is 5 times much caffeine as in a 12 oz soft drink. Write and solve an equation to find about how caffeine is in a 12 oz caffeinated soft drink. Round your answer to the nearest whole number. (Please explain how to do this problem thanks!)

8 oz = 184 mg of caffeine
12 oz = 1/5 of 184 mg of caffeine

Let's say 12oz is x:

x = 184 * 1/5 or x = 184 / 5
x= 36,8
x = 37 (after rounding to the nearest whole number)
