Megan is 16 years old and overweight. She loves junk food and chocolate. A 10-minute walk to school is her only exercise every day. Which is the best method to help Megan lose weight?

Cut out the junk food and chocolate milk, or at least minimize it, make the 10-minute walk a little longer, by maybe 20 minutes or so, or do any other form of exercise.
