How do you count triplets in 3/2 time?

If you mean counting triplets as in how to write them then you write them as you would any normal triplet. A quaver triplet would be a crotchet and a crotchet triplet would be a minim (although crotchet triplets aren't used much)

How do you count triplets in 3/2 time?
